Information we collect
Depending on how you use SILUA, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address and information provided through supported sign-in providers.
- Training and onboarding information, such as training frequency, experience level, available equipment, workout preferences and limitations you choose to provide.
- Workout information, such as completed workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights and progression history.
- Body and nutrition information you choose to provide, which may include body check-in photos, body measurements, weight, nutrition goals or related entries.
- Subscription information, such as subscription status and purchase-related identifiers. Payment details are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are not stored by SILUA as full card details.
How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize your training experience, save your program and progress, authenticate your account, manage subscription access, maintain security, provide customer support and communicate with you about the Services.
Photos and sensitive entries
If you choose to upload body check-in photos or other personal entries, they are used to provide the features you requested. You should only upload content you are comfortable storing in your account. We do not use your private body photos for advertising.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, authentication, customer support and subscription processing. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to SILUA and subject to their own legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, use your personal information for third-party advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We may disclose information when necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal or operational requirements. You may request account deletion through available in-app controls or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, associated account data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You may update certain information in the app, stop using optional features, manage app permissions through your device settings, manage subscription settings through the applicable app store, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Children
SILUA is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice where required.
