Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and meet any minimum age required by applicable law or the app store through which you access SILUA.
Fitness information, not medical advice
SILUA provides general fitness and training guidance. The Services are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or individualized medical advice. Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing activity appropriate for your condition and for stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Information you provide should be accurate enough for the features you choose to use.
Programs and results
Training outcomes vary between individuals. SILUA does not guarantee a particular body shape, weight, strength level or other result. Programs may be adjusted, substituted or updated as the product evolves.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Some SILUA features may require a paid subscription. Before purchase, the applicable purchase screen will display the subscription period and price. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period at the then-current price, subject to the rules of the applicable app store. Your account may be charged within the period specified by the app store before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or other applicable store account settings. Deleting the SILUA app or your SILUA account does not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription.
Free trials and promotions
If a free trial or promotional period is offered, the purchase screen will describe its duration and applicable conditions. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price, subject to the applicable app store terms.
User content
You retain ownership of photos, entries and other content you upload. You grant SILUA the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that content solely to provide and operate the Services. You must have the right to upload any content you submit.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits, upload unlawful content, or use SILUA in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
SILUA, its branding, software, interface, content and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, SILUA retains all rights in the Services.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services. We work to keep SILUA reliable but do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SILUA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using SILUA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Services, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
